Campbell County's Emergency Management Agency is now providing e-mail, text, and voice phone advisories for the public. Visit the registration page to create your personal account and select what kind of advisories you are interested in receiving.

CCEMA is offering these advisories as a public service and although it is not a warning service it is a way for CCEMA to let you know about weather advisories, emergencies, and community events that may be of interest.

These advisories are provided by CCEMA FREE of charge but you are responsible for any charges which your cell phone, text messaging or email provider may charge. NONE of the information you provide during the registration process will ever disclosed to any third parties and will only be used to provide advisory services.

Campbell County Emergency Management will be sponsoring this year's Severe Summer Weather Training Class on Monday evening, May 21st at the Gillette College Presentation Hall, beginning at 7:00 p.m.  This FREE, two-hour session will be conducted by Warning Coordination Meteorologist Susan Sanders of the Rapid City Forecast Office of the National Weather Service and will focus on the hazards presented by severe summer weather, what to look for and how you can best protect yourself from these hazards.  Information about our local warning system and how to best receive weather information and warnings will also be presented.
