Welcome to the Elected Officials portion of the Campbell County web site. The Assessor's Office is dedicated to serving the needs of our many financial institutions, appraisers, reality companies, customers, other entities in our community, as well as the general public. We offer a variety of services that include but are not limited to residential and commercial information, ownership, legal descriptions, physical addresses, subdivisions, county maps, and a mapping program that is second to none. Our two GIS Specialists are working diligently with the County GIS Coordinator to implement a GIS system that will not only be beneficial and crucial to our office, but will serve the needs of many other county entities as well. The Assessor's Office also offers some tax relief benefits to honorably discharged Veterans that qualify under Department of Revenue guidelines, as well as an exemption for land owners with producing oil or gas wells.
