PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS


The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Tuesday, February 7, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.


Present were David A. Shippy, Les Desavedo, Janet K. Evans, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael Maycock, County Attorney; Carol Seeger, Deputy County Attorney; Robert P. Palmer, Director of Administrative Services.

Chairman Shippy motioned to approve the Commissioners Resolution in support of the Campbell County School District No.1 Special Bond Election, and read the resolution. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Evans motioned to approve expanding account 711.7088 to $1600. to meet the grant funding awarded to the Library. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Desavedo motioned to approve $185,785 for vehicles and $12,664 for equipment from 1% Optional Sales Tax for the Sheriff's Department, and to have the Sheriff's Department come back with a requested dollar amount needed for the additional personnel.
