The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, June 6, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were David A. Shippy, Les Desavedo, Janet K. Evans, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael Maycock, County Attorney; and Robert P. Palmer, Director of Administrative Services.

A Public Hearing was held at 9:45AM to hear Case No. 95.07Z, Item Zoning Application - Zone Proposed Stone Gate Estates, Phase V as R-S, Residential Suburban.
The Commissioners further postponed for an indefinite period Case Co. 95.07Z.
Commissioner Evans motioned to approve Case No. 95.08COSP, Item: Minor Plat - Fox Park, Phase II, Filing #II, Resubdivision of Lots 29, 30, & 31, Block 6. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Chairman Shippy motioned to approve for Campbell County to furnish up to $35,000 in labor and materials to overlay the portion of the road extending East from the intersection of the T-7 and Hilight Road, leading to the Caballo Rojo Mine, contingent upon participation by Caballo Rojo Mine. Upon completion of the overlay, the County will vacate this section of the road. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

A Public hearing was held at 10:15AM to hear an amendment to the Tongue River Cable TV Franchise.

A Public Hearing was held at 10:30AM to hear the Transportation Enhancement Activities - Local (Teal) Project Grant for 1996 from the Wyoming Department of Transportation.
Chairman Shippy motioned to approve the Resolution Authorizing The Fling Of An Application For Funding From The Wyoming Department of Transportation, Transportation Enhancement Activity - Local (Teal), in the amount of $138,960. Commissioner Desavedo seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Evans motioned to revoke the Quitclaim Deed between Campbell County and the Council of Community Services Inc., that was approved at the last meeting, and replace it with a revised Quitclaim Deed. Commissioner Desavedo seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Desavedo declared a conflict of interest and dismissed himself from the proceedings.
Chairman Shippy motioned to approve a grant in the amount of $5,000 for Prairie View/Champion Ventures Improvement and Service District for Conceptual Planning for future street improvement, with the understanding that there is no guarantee that there will be more money available in the future. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

At 12:15 PM the Commissioners adjourned for lunch, and reconvened into regular session at 1:30PM.
Commissioner Desavedo retracted his motion on Case No.95.03COSP, and Commissioner Evans retracted her second.
