The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, June 20, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order at 9:00AM, and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Board was to hear Docket No 95-1 Devon Energy Corp. Devon Energy Court was not present. Commissioner Desavedo motioned to dismiss Docket #95-1 due to lack of representation. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:
