The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Thursday, July 6, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order at 9:00AM, and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were David A. Shippy, Les Desavedo, Janet K. Evans, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael Maycock, County Attorney; and Robert P. Palmer, Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Evans motioned to approve the signing of the lease agreement between Campbell County and Northern Wyoming Community College District, for the property, Lot 3 of the Old Hospital Subdivision in the City of Gillette commonly referred to as the Old Campbell county Hospital Building. Commissioner Desavedo seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Desavedo motioned to correct the polling of the minutes of June 20, 1995 regarding the new Landfill tipping fees and the charging on Sundays for dumping. The polling should have reflected Commissioner Desavedo voting nay. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Chairman Shippy motioned to approve the Joint Account Agreement between Campbell County, and First National Bank, and the contractor, S&S Builders for the project of the Campbell County Library Re-roofing. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

A Public Hearing was held at 9:45AM to solicit citizens views, comments, and recommendations regarding the Community Development Block Grant Program.
Commissioner Desavedo motioned to approve the application for the Community Development Block Grant from Campbell County Council of Community Services. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion for discussion. Chairman Shippy stated that he also supports RENEW and feels that Campbell County Council of Community Services has time to apply for future funds. The Board was polled:
