The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, October 3, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order at 9:00AM & led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were David A. Shippy, Les Desavedo, Janet K. Evans, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Carol Seeger, Deputy County Attorney; and Bryn N. Stewart, Director of Administrative Services.

Chairman Shippy motioned to approve the Proclamation of October 1995 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month and October 19, 1995, as National Mammography Day. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Evans motioned to approve the signing of the resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Wyoming Farm Loan Board for funding from the Government Royalties Impact Assistance Account Grant in the amount of $600,000 to help finance a portion of the construction of the Garner Lake Road Extension, and to approve the signing of the application for $300,000 to help finance the Weed and Pest drainage improvements. Commissioner Desavedo seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Desavedo motioned to approve the resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Wyoming Farm Loan Board for funding from the Government Royalties Impact Assistance Account Grant for $75,000 to help finance half of the cost of expanding the transfer station to allow co-collection of Blue Bags(recyclable materials) and trash. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

The Commissioner adjourned for lunch at 11:45AM and reconvened into regular session at 1:30PM.
Commissioner Evans motioned to approve up to $110,000 for the purchase of the Enhanced 911 Equipment, with at least $50,000 to be paid up front in order to receive the discount. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion. The Board was polled:
