The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, November 7, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were David A. Shippy, Les Desavedo, Janet K. Evans, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael Maycock, County Attorney; and Bryn N. Stewart, Director of Administrative Services.
The following consent agenda was presented:

Line Item Transfers:
County Commissioners - Transfer $500 from 012.6283, Travel-Employees, Meals and Lodging, to 012.6517.5, Training and Development, Meals and Lodging.
Juvenile Probation - Transfer $400 from 451.6042, Employer Contributions - Payroll Benefit Expenditures, to 451.6531, Office Supplies.

Chairman Shippy motioned to approve the Agreement For Right-of-Way Dedication from Raymond D. And Cynthia Saunders, for the area of the Campbell County Road commonly known as Southern Drive. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Desavedo motioned to approve the low bid of $20,065.30 from S&S Builders for the Landfill’s Transfer Station conveyor modifications. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

At 10:50AM Chairman Shippy adjourned for break and reconvened at 11:15AM.
Commissioner Evans motioned to support the Resolution by the Wright Water and Sewer District to annex property into the district. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

At 11:30AM the Commissioners adjourned for an executive session to discuss personnel, and then for lunch.
The Commissioners reconvened from lunch at 1:30PM.
Present for the afternoon session was Carol Seeger, Deputy County Attorney; absent was Michael Maycock, County Attorney.
At 1:30PM the Commissioners adjourned for an executive session to discuss potential litigation. The Commissioners reconvened into regular session at 2:35PM.
