The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, December 5, 1995. Chairman Shippy called the meeting to order at 9:00AM and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were David A. Shippy, Les Desavedo, Janet K. Evans, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael A. Maycock, County Attorney; and Bryn N. Stewart, Director of Administrative Services.

Children’s Center - Transfer $55 from 925.7194, Office Equipment, to 925.7238, Miscellaneous Equipment.
County Commissioners - Transfer $13,824 from 800.7268, Commissioners Capital Contingency, to 020.7255.01 Camplex Capital Outlay, Parking Lot; transfer $3,000 from 014.7078, Other Grants Anticipation, to 501.7078, Other Grants Anticipation; transfer $3,000 from 1.4490, Other Federal Funds, to 1.4527, Public Health Mammography Screening.
County Treasurer - Transfer $3,400 from 031.6039, Compensation Adjustment Account, to 031.6022 Salaries.
County Attorney - Transfer $1,000 from 061.6022, Wages/Full Time Regular, to 061.6032, Wages Part Time Temporary.

Sick Leave Transfers:

Commissioner Evans motioned to approve the consent agenda with the deletion of the Commissioners transfer of $13,824 from 800.7268, Commissioner Capital Contingency, to 020.7255.01, Camplex Capital Outlay. Chairman Shippy seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Desavedo motioned to approve up to $9,989.92 from Commissioners Contingency to District Court Salaries for the hiring of a part-time employee for the Child Support Posse System to be employed for up to a six month period. This amount will be reimbursable by the State of Wyoming. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Chairman Shippy motioned to approve the warranty between Cundy Asphalt Paving Construction, INC and Campbell County for the 1995 Campbell County Parking Lot Projects. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The board was polled:

At 9:45 the Commissioners went into an executive session for Right-of-Way acquisition discussion on Southern Drive.
The Commissioners reconvened in to regular session at 10:00AM
A Public Hearing was held at 10:00AM for the review of a proposed rezoning request to rezone the North 30 acres of the SE1/4SW1/4, Section 13, T50N, R72W, from C-1, General Commercial, to R-R, Rural Residential. This tract is located south of and along Kluver Road which is east of Northland Village Mobile Home Park.
Commissioner Evans motioned to approve Case No. 95.17Z, Item: Rezoning Request - Rezone the North 30 Acres of the SE1/4SW1/4, Section 13, T50N, R72W, from C-1, General Commercial, to R-R, Rural Residential. Commissioner Desavedo seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Chairman Shippy read the letter from Governor Jim Geringer, appointing Tom Johnson with the Campbell County Fire Department the new Emergency Manager for Campbell County.
