The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session, Tuesday, March 4, 1997. Chairman Desavedo called the meeting to order at 9:00AM and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were Jan Evans, Fred L. Oedekoven, Les Desavedo, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael A. Maycock, County Attorney; and Bryn N. Stewart, Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Oedekoven motioned to have the minutes of the February 18, 1997 meeting corrected to reflect the amount of the bid from Casper Truck Center. The correct bid amount is $137,600 instead of $137,000. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

A Public Hearing was held at 10:00AM for the purpose of hearing a rezoning request for Jon Persian regarding portions of Tract E, Sunburst Subdivision #4 to C-1, General Commercial.
Commissioner Oedekoven motioned to Case No: 97.01Z, Item: Rezoning request for Tract E, Sunburst #4 - Zone a portion of Tract from A-L, Agriculture and I-1 Light Industrial, to C-1, General Commercial as per the recommendation of the County Engineer. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

The petitioners withdrew their petition for Case No: 96.19Z.
Commissioner Evans motioned to approve Case No. 96.02COSP Minor Plat - Lysle Subdivision, Resub lots 4,5,6 as presented by the Engineers Department. Commissioner Oedekoven seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

The Commissioners adjourned for lunch at 11:45AM and reconvened at 1:30PM.
Commissioner Oedekoven motioned to accept the bid in the amount of $5,260 for filing cabinets from Tucker’s Office World, and the bid in the amount of $4,235 for repair work from Michael’s Construction for County Court, and for the funding to come from Commissioners Capital Contingency. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Evans motioned to approve a grant in the amount of $17,800 for Wright Water and Sewer District to rehabilitate two water wells. Commissioner Oedekoven seconded the motion. The Board was polled:
