The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session, Tuesday, April 1, 1997. Chairman Desavedo called the meeting to order at 9:00AM and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were Jan Evans, Fred Oedekoven, Les Desavedo, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Michael A. Maycock, County Attorney, and Bryn N. Stewart, Director of Administrative Services.

Commissioner Evans motioned to rescind the motion amending the Gillette-Campbell County Airport Rules and Regulations adopted at the Commissioners Meeting of March 18, 1997. Commissioner Oedekoven seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Oedekoven motioned to approve the Proclamation proclaiming April 7 through April 11, 1997 as “Public Health Week.” Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Evans motioned to approve the bid from Decker’s Food Center for the Annual Board Appreciation Dinner in the amount of $5.50 per plate. Commissioner Oedekoven seconded the motion.
Commissioner Evans motioned to amend her motion on the Decker’s Food Center bid to include $53 for the kitchen rental fee. Commissioner Oedekoven seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

Commissioner Oedekoven motioned to accept the bid from Royal T for the Campbell County Board Appreciation Plaques in the amount of $19.95 per plaque. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:
