The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in special session Thursday, January 24, 2002, in the Campbell County Courthouse. Chairman Mader called the meeting to order at 3:38 P.M.

Present were Janet K. Evans, Fred L. Oedekoven, Christopher Knapp, and Craig G. Mader, Commissioners; Clint Beaver, Director of Administrative Services; and Matt Zahn, County Engineer.

Tim Belton of Malone Belton Abel, P.C., architect for the Gillette Campus project, made a presentation to the Board regarding the use of a "Construction Manager At Risk" in lieu of traditional bidding for a general contractor.

The Board took no action.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:42 P.M.
