Present were Jan Evans, Fred L. Oedekoven, Christopher Knapp, Craig G. Mader, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Clint Beaver, Director of Administrative Services, Mike Fuller, County Attorney. Alan Weakly was absent from the meeting.

Commissioner Oedekoven moved that the Board approve the Resolution of "Prohibition of Fireworks" effective June 27, 2002 at 12:00 PM. Commissioner Knapp seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

All Voted - Aye Carried.

There being no further business to come before this Emergency Meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 12:20 PM.
