The Commissioner met as the Board of Equalization August 8, 2002 at 9:00 AM.



Present were Jan Evans, Fred L. Oedekoven, Alan Weakly, Christopher Knapp, Craig G. Mader, Commissioners; Susan F. Saunders, County Clerk; Clint Beaver, Director of Administrative Services, Jim Schermetzler, Deputy County Attorney. Randall T. Cox, Hearing Examiner; Jerry Shatzer, County Assessor.



02-06-Larry and Vickie Nicholls

The Board of Equalization was polled on the motion submitted by the County Assessor's Office to dismiss Tax Appeal 02-06, Larry and Vickie Nicholls.

All Voted - Aye Carried.



02-10-Ancar Inc.

The Board of Equalization was polled on the motion submitted by the County Assessor's Office to dismiss Tax Appeal 02-10, Ancar Inc.

All Voted - Aye Carried.



02-04-Wells Fargo Bank

The Board of Equalization was polled on the motion submitted by the County Assessor's Office to dismiss Tax Appeal 02-04, Wells Fargo Bank.

All Voted - Aye Carried.



02-12-Thunder Basin Coal Company - Black Thunder Mine

The Board heard Docket No. 02-12, Thunder Basin Coal Company - Black Thunder Mine.



The Board recessed at 5:00 Pm and reconvened August 9, 2002 at 8:30 AM
