The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in special session Thursday, October 17, 2002, in the George Amos Memorial Building, Gillette, Wyoming, for the purpose of considering a resolution in response to the Optional One Percent Sales Tax citizen survey. Chairman Mader called the meeting to order at 1:15 P.M.

Present were: Christopher R. Knapp, L. Alan Weakly, Janet K. Evans, Fred L. Odekoven, and Craig G. Mader, Commissioners; Clint Beaver, Chief of Staff, and Keri Spears, Financial Services Manager.

Commissioner Evans moved that the Board adopt the Resolution on Intended Use of Revenues from the Optional One Percent Sales Tax, Alternative Draft No. 3, as amended. Commissioner Knapp seconded the motion. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

The meeting adjourned at 1:27 P.M.
