The Campbell County Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, November 5, 2002. Chairman Mader called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. Pastor Charles Small led in prayer and Chairman Mader led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present were Janet K. Evans, Fred L. Oedekoven, Chris Knapp, Alan Weakly, Craig G. Mader, Commissioners; Maxine Lieber, Deputy County Clerk; Mike Fuller, County Attorney, and Clint Beaver, Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Evans moved that the Board approve the county vouchers. Commissioner Oedekoven seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

The Commissioners went into an executive session at 11:00 A.M. for possible litigation and then reconvened into regular session at 11:25 A.M.
Commissioner Weakly moved that the Board determine and declare a reasonable and safe maximum limit of twenty (20) miles per hour on all roads located within the following platted rural subdivisions, pursuant to W.S. 31-5-303 (a)(iii): Wrangler Estates, Wrangler Estates II, and Wrangler Estates III. Commissioner Knapp seconded the motion. The Board was polled:

The Commissioners recessed for lunch at 12:30 P.M. and reconvened into regular session at 1:15 P.M.
Commissioner Knapp moved that the Board give written notice, pursuant to Section XI, of Campbell County's intent to terminate the Agreement creating the Coal Bed Methane Coordinating Coalition Joint Power Board effective December 31, 2002. Commissioner Evans seconded the motion. The Board was polled:
