This is a prepaid service (benefit) offered to employees, their spouses and eligible dependents. Up to six sessions are allowed per issue, and there is no co-pay or charge. This program can help you resolve your personal concerns, so you can be your best at work and at home. Among other things, you can get help with: Work Stress, Anger Management, Family/Parenting Issues, Alcohol or Drug Dependencies, Coping with Change, Marital or Relationship Issues, Anxiety or Depression, Grief or Bereavement. Trained customer service representatives and professional counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a toll-free telephone number to confidentially discuss your concerns.
