Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming (BCBS) administers the medical benefit for Campbell County employees. There is currently no premium cost for medical insurance for regular full-time employees. Regular part-time employee premium amounts are based on the number of hours they work. |
Medical Deductible Per Calendar Year:
| Single Coverage: | $500 per person |
| Employee + One: | $1,000 for employee + one |
| Family Coverage: | $1,000 per family |
Coverage After Deductible:
| Single: | The Plan pays 80% of the first $10,000 per calendar year, then 100% for the remainder of the calendar year. |
| Employee + One | The Plan pays 80% of the first $20,000 per calendar year, then 100% for the remainder of the calendar year. |
| Family: | The Plan pays 80% of the first $20,000 per calendar year, then 100% for the remainder of the calendar year. |
Coinsurance Maximums:
| Single: | $2,000 per calendar year |
| Employee + One: | $4,000 per calendar year |
| Family: | $4,000 per calendar year |
Benefit payments are based on allowable, reasonable & customary charges. |
