Position Summary: To provide quality early childhood services to children by planning, supervising and implementing an educational program in line with the philosophy and curriculum of Children’s Developmental Services of Campbell County following National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation and Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP).

Minimum Requirement:
Experience: Three to four years experience in early childhood programs or equivalent.
Education/Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Licenses, Certificates or Registrations:
Must be current or obtained within a specified time frame as defined upon employment: CPR/First Aid

Special Considerations:
Working Environment: Moderate exposure to extreme cold, heat and noise, working outdoors, chemicals and bodily fluids; exposure to typical playground activities.

Physical Activities: Essential functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for moderate activity such as sitting, standing, walking, running, kneeling, crouching/stooping/squatting, crawling, twisting upper body, climbing, and lifting an average of 50 lbs.
