, Juvenile Diversion Officer
- Randy has been a police officer with the Gillette Police Department since 1988.
- In addition to his primary duties as a patrol officer, Randy also worked as a school resource officer at Twin Spruce Junior High, and later, at the C.C.H.S. South Campus.
- Randy was also a member of the Child Protection Team while he was assigned to the schools.
- He first joined the Diversion Team in August 2005, went back to patrol, and then rejoined Diversion in Febraury 2007.
- A Wyoming native, Randy graduated from Jackson Hole High School in Jackson.
- He served in the military and was honorably discharged from the Army.
- Randy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Wyoming.
