Delta Dental of Wyoming
dental Delta Dental administers the dental benefit for Campbell County employees. There is currently no premium cost for regular full-time employees. Regular part-time employee premium amounts are based on the number of hours they work.

Calendar Year Deductibles:

Single Coverage: $45 per person
Employee + One $90 for employee plus one
Family Coverage: $90 per family

Calendar Year Maximum Coverage

(excluding orthodontics): $1,500

Lifetime maximum for orthodontics

(eligibility dependents only): $1,750

Coverage:

Preventive & Diagnostic: 100%
Basic Services: 85%
Major Services: 50%
Orthodontic: 50%

Dental Insurance Costs: Effective July 1, 2012

Regular Full-Time Employees cost per month - single coverage = $40.00, Employee + one = $75.00 or Family coverage = $95.00
