Manager + System

Campbell County's Maintenance system was changed in 2005 from a facility based system to a centralized system. We track work orders, log expenses, and schedule routine preventative maintenance through a Manager + software program.

Requests for repairs and scheduled maintenance are input into the system. They are assigned a work order #, a budget ID, and either a priority # or a date the work must be completed by. The work orders are then tracked through completion.

Overview (updated May, 2007):

The 1st work order was created on 8/29/2005 and completed the following day. Since that date more then 2000 work orders have been completed. We are averaging 115 work orders per month or nearly 29 per week. Work order range from simple tasks such as changing the seating arrangement in the Commissioners Chambers, to complex and labor intensive tasks such as the room that was recently built to safely store the election equipment.
