Friday, September 27, 2019

Looking to try a new craft but don’t want to invest a lot of money until you know if it works for you? Are you looking to downsize or move and have beautiful craft-related items you want to re-home? Swap Your Stuff: Crafter Style is for you!

Supply Drop Off: Friday, September 27, 1-5pm
Early Bird Swap (for those who donate): Saturday, September 28, 9-10am
Swap: Saturday, September 28, 10am-2pm

Re-home your old craft supplies and take home some new “old” supplies! Items you want to re-home may be dropped off at Campbell County Public Library on Friday, September 27 between 1pm and 5pm. Please only bring items that are in good condition that you would want to bring home. No opened paint or items that are no longer usable. Donation ideas: sewing/quilting/embroidery/knitting/yarn/thread/notions • rubber stamps/ink/paper/colored markers/scrapbooking supplies • jewelry making/beads • paint/brushes/modeling clay/glitter • beeswax, candle-making supplies • felt (stick on and regular) • fabric • miscellaneous: flowers, models, cutting boards, safety pins, shells, personal chalkboards, applique, wooden crafts, picture frames, clothespins, ready-to-be-done crafts.

People who bring items to re-home on Friday receive a ticket to attend the Early Bird Swap on Saturday, September 28 from 9-10am. At 10am on Saturday, September 28, everyone is welcomed to browse the donated craft items and take some home to start new crafting projects.

Items not picked up during the swap may be used for future library programs, or donated. Questions? Call CCPL at 687.0009 or email
