Phase 3: Patron Access with some limits (August 24, 2020)(Continued minimal, stabilized infection rates demonstrated for a minimum of six weeks)In an effort to continue to do our part to reduce the risk of sharing COVID-19 in your libraries, Campbell County Public Library (CCPL) and Wright Branch Library (WBL) will follow national library guidelines and advice from public health officials and stage a phased reopening with limited services and hours.Note: The following information is current starting August 24, 2020. In-library patron accessPatrons of all ages are welcome to CCPL and WBL with no time restrictions while maintaining 6-feet of social distancing throughout the libraries; children grade 3 and younger must be accompanied by an adult -Seating areas and tables available for use at CCPL and WBL while maintaining 6 feet social distancing -CCPL George Amos Room and Magazine Area are closed until further notice -Meeting rooms: CCPL and WBL meeting rooms are available for public use with 6 feet of social distancing --CCPL Wyoming Room: meetings of 50 people or less --Pioneer Rooms: meetings of 12 people or less per room; 24 people if rooms are combined into one meeting space --WBL meeting room: meetings of 20 people or less -Computer use: --CCPL Adults: regular time allowances; one person per computer ---Digitization station/microfilm computer available ---3D printer available ---News Record and Census computer available --CCPL Teens: regular time allowances; one person per computer --CCPL Children: regular time allowances; one person per computer --WBL computers: regular time allowances; one person per computer -Copying, faxing and scanning services available at CCPL and WBL -Notarizations available at CCPL and WBL -CCPL study rooms available by appointment: one use in morning, one use in afternoon -CCPL and WBL in-building, library-sponsored programs resume with meeting room restrictions noted above; WBL basement program space allowed with up to 50 (including staff) in attendance
