The Campbell County Juvenile and Family Drug Court is accepting requests for proposals for both substance abuse treatment (AIOP, AOP, IOP, and OP) and mental health treatment services. A provider may submit proposals for either or both treatment contracts. The contract period is from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
The JFDC Program is an intensive court-supervised treatment program, which is open to non-violent, substance using youth between 14-20 years of age. The program focuses on youth with a history of crime involving the use of drugs or alcohol or in which the use of drugs and alcohol are a contributing or aggravating factor. Key components include: weekly court attendance, individualized substance abuse and mental health treatment plans, intensive supervision probation, random urinalysis and other drug / alcohol testing, and attendance at school, work, community service, and/or other prosocial activities.
The Request For Proposal packet will be available April 1, 2021.
