During April and May, the Rockpile Museum will continue to enhance the local school district’s educational mission by offering our World War II event for all sixth grade students, the Pioneer School program for third and fourth grade classes, and Museum Scavenger Hunts for any grade. Our Museum Education team is pleased to help students learn about our past by providing experiential, hands-on activities outside the normal classroom. Numerous volunteers assist in putting these programs on every single year and the Rockpile Museum would like to thank them for their dedicated assistance. We are currently looking for volunteers to be school teachers in our Pioneer School Program. If you are interested, please contact Museum Education Coordinator Penny Schroder at 307-682-5723 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
