Notice of Intent to Adopt Resolution for Restrictions of Alcohol Sales in Campbell County

Due to legislative changes during the 2017 Wyoming Legislative Session, Campbell County intends to consider a resolution to establish hours of operation and restrictions on licensed buildings for liquor licenses for unincorporated areas of the county.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103 that CAMPBELL COUNTY intends to consider a resolution establishing hours of operation and restrictions on licensed buildings for liquor licenses that shall apply throughout the unincorporated area of Campbell County, Wyoming.

All interested parties may obtain a copy of the proposed resolution from Susan Saunders at the Campbell County Clerk office - 500 S. Gillette Ave, Ste 1600, Gillette, Wyoming 82716/P.O. Box 3010, Gillette, Wyoming 82717. Additionally, you can also obtain a copy of the resolution from the Office of County Commissioners - 500 S. Gillette Ave., Ste 1100, Gillette, Wyoming 82716. The proposed resolution is also also available online.

Written comments will be received at the foregoing addresses until June 30, 2017 until 5 p.m. by mail or hand delivery. A public hearing to take oral comment on the proposed resolution shall be held on June 20. 2017 at 10: 15 a.m . during the regular meeting of the Campbell County Board of County Commissioners meeting at the County Commissioner’s Chambers located at 500 S. Gillette Ave. , Gillette, Wyoming.

Following the time allotted for public comment, the Board intends to take formal action at its regularly scheduled meeting on July 5, 2017.
